DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of order placement (weekends and holidays excluded from business days). Young Ever After (YEA) ships orders Monday-Friday during normal (non-holiday) business hours. See estimated delivery time below, which may vary depending on courier circumstances.
Expect delays in order processing during holidays or instances in which severe or inclement weather may slow the processing of orders/services and/or carrier delivery process. Other delays may be caused, in general, by extenuating circumstances, such as a pandemic, natural disasters or emergency situations.

*Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. YEA shall not be not responsible for packages once USPS has documented delivery to the address specified in the Customer's order. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure proper receipt of any order placed with YEA at the address provided by Customer. Any claims for package loss are Customer's responsibility once tracking has indicated delivery to the recipient's address.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure delivered packages are collected from P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation, order tracking and delivery
Once your order is placed and paid for, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. Once your package is placed for shipment you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number. Once shipment is delivered you will receive a delivery notification.
Customs, duties, and taxes
YEA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
YEA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take digital pictures of all damaged packaging BEFORE attempting to open a package. This will help to document your claim. You may also contact our support team for guidance on filing a claim with the carrier.
