Young Ever After Return / Refund Policy

Young Ever After (YEA) will accept Return / Refund requests if submitted within 30 days of delivery confirmation to purchaser, or postmarked shipping receipt. All returns must be sent back to YEA unopened and/or in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds shall be product cost (excluding any actual cost of YEA's shipping fees and handling fees, and/or YEA's actual shipping costs where free shipping was offered), in addition to a 10% restocking fee.
Where "Risk Free" purchases are offered, any requests for refunds shall be made within 30 days of product order. If free shipping was offered during purchase, the cost of YEA's shipping/handling will be deducted from the purchase price refund.
Where or when product is offered "Free" and the customer pays for shipping and handling fees, said shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
To return product or request a refund, please contact YEA at yeabeautyusa@gmail.com. In the subject line you MUST include the following information:
"Return Refund Request - Order ######" (###### = your order number)
In the body of the email, please include your name, address, telephone number, reason for return and, where applicable, include/attach a picture of the unopened product being returned.
Upon receipt of your emailed Return / Refund Request, YEA will ensure your request is timely submitted. If timely requested and submitted, where applicable, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number for you to print and include with your return item. Any and all returns are at the purchaser's own shipping expense. Returned goods must be in the same, unopened and unused, new-in-packaging condition as when shipped to purchaser.
Allow up to 30 days after receipt of the returned goods for a credit/refund to appear on your method of payment (credit or debit card) used at check out. YEA may also elect to refund via PayPal or Zelle.
Where or when a FREE product is offered in conjunction with a product purchase, in the event of a Return / Refund Request, the full retail value of the FREE product delivered with the purchase shall be deducted from any Return / Refund Request and any refund issued to the customer shall be the purchase price, less the full retail value of the FREE product and cost of shipping, if free shipping was included. If the product is physical in form, it may be returned in unopened, unused, resalable condition and subject to 10% restocking fees, as mentioned above. Refunds shall be issued upon verified return of the product(s) to our designated return address. All Digital Products are considered delivered with system confirmation of "fulfilled" status and are non-refundable. The full retail value of Digital Products shall be deducted from any Return / Refund Request.
